1. Who we are

2. Information you give us
When you submit the request form we collect: your name, email address, country, the profile you select (for example “family office”), your area of interest and, only if you choose to give them, your phone number, an indicative allocation range and your message. We use this information to answer your request, send the materials you asked for, assess whether we can continue the conversation and keep a record of our correspondence.
3. Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting and security providers process technical data needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request. Our request form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated abuse; it evaluates browser signals and may set cookies strictly necessary for that check. Cloudflare Web Analytics may measure aggregate traffic without cookies. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site marketing trackers. Our fonts are served from our own domain.
4. Embedded videos
The video players on our home page do not load anything from YouTube until you click one. When you click, the YouTube player is loaded from youtube.com, and Google may then collect data and set cookies under its own privacy policy. Links to our channels on other platforms take you to those platforms, whose own policies apply.
5. Service providers
We share personal information only with providers that process it on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations:
- Hosting of the website and of the request form handler;
- Cloudflare, for content delivery, security, bot protection (Turnstile) and aggregate analytics;
- Email delivery, to forward your request to our team and to reply to you;
- YouTube (Google), only when you choose to play a video.
We may also disclose information when required by law or legal process, or as part of a merger, acquisition or asset transfer, subject to appropriate protections. We do not sell or rent personal information.
6. Retention
We keep request data for up to 24 months after our last correspondence, unless an ongoing relationship or a legal obligation requires longer. Technical logs are kept by our providers for limited periods under their own policies.
7. Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and reputable providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to legal@blackshiftcap.com. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
9. International transfers
We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
10. Children
This website is not directed to people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted here with a new “last updated” date.
